Shipping policy

All orders will be delivered using NZ Post to the address in your order. You'll receive an email with your order number and parcel tracking information when your order has been sent.
Your order should be sent within one working day from the date of your order and delivered within 3-10 working days after our confirmation email that your order has been shipped, subject to customs clearance and the payment of duty/tax if applicable.
